Core Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Call candidates for follow-ups, scheduling interviews, and sharing interview details.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and panel members.
- Maintain candidate status updates.
2. Onboarding Support
- Assist in preparing onboarding documents and induction materials.
- Coordinate joining formalities for new hires.
- Collect, verify, and file required documents from new employees
3. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Scan, organize, and maintain employee records in digital and physical formats.
- Update employee files, HR databases and other HR documents.
- Support in preparing HR letters and documentation as required.
- Assist in data cleaning, validation, and reporting.
4. Employee Engagement:
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Support in conducting surveys and feedback sessions.
5. Administrative Support
- Schedule meetings and HR-related appointments.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day tasks and miscellaneous administrative duties.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
