Core Responsibilities
1. Preliminary Duties
- Engage with new, pending and follow-up enquiries
- Resolve web enquiries: Engage with leads generated from the web page of IAC.
- Data entry: Make the entries into the software
- Schedule calls/meetings across departments and among team members.
- Schedule Calls/meetings with potential leads/enquiries.
- Share invitations/updates with relevant leads for events/webinars/seminars.
- Update Data Management Software from time to time.
- Network Building with peers and stakeholders through various social media platforms.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Documentation of MOMs
- Sharing MOMs with the team members.
- Keeping records of the parent visits at IAC Head Office.
- Making data entries and updating the data at regular intervals
3. Administrative Support
- Assist the Admissions team with day-to-day tasks and miscellaneous administrative duties.
- Provide daily updates on Lead Management.
Requirements
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an openness to learning and developing professional and collaborative competencies.
– Working knowledge of Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
– Good organizational skills with attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
– A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
