Core Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Scheduling Support:
The intern will provide support in administrative, coordination, and documentation functions of the CEO’s office.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
 - Support in preparing meeting agendas, reminders, and follow-ups.
 - Help track upcoming deadlines, departmental reporting dates, and CEO-level review meetings
 
2. Documentation & Record-Keeping
- Prepare drafts of official communication, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and structured reports as per the CEO’s office format.
 - Assist in updating departmental review trackers (ClickUp/Excel/other formats).
 - Maintain an organized filing system of CEO’s office records, reports, and presentations.
 
3. Policy & Process Support
- Conduct background research.
 - Prepare short briefs, summaries, and reference notes as required.
 
4. Research & Briefing Support
- Conduct background research.

5. Special Projects (as assigned)
- Provide support in special projects initiated by the CEO’s office.
 - Support impact reporting and documentation of strategic initiatives.

- Any Graduate/Post graduate can apply.
