Role Description
The Pre-Ops Clinical Intern will play a key support role in facilitating team coordination, managing non-clinical deliverables, and assisting in the operational readiness of the IAC campus. The role involves conducting weekly coordination meetings with internal stakeholders, documenting progress, and assisting in drafting reports and departmental documents. The intern will also support architectural and operational planning efforts by managing timelines, ensuring interdepartmental alignment, and compiling policy and SOP documentation. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a healthcare-preparatory environment.
Core Responsibilities
1. Team Discussions & Coordination
- Facilitate weekly coordination calls with stakeholders like clinical, digital, and architectural sub-teams.
- Document action items and deadlines, updating our bi-weekly progress.
- Support seniors in preparing concise status reports for review.
2. Campus Architecture Management
- Oversee the department’s deliverables that may not require domain knowledge.
- Liaise with the Projects, Legal, and Finance team to agree on communication timelines.
- Help compile the IAC Pre-Campus Policies and SOP Sheet (with proper citations and version control)
The intern/fresher will be deeply involved in helping with additional areas like formatting and drafting reports in department deliverables that do not require domain expertise and coordinating with relevant IAC teams.

- Any Graduate/postgraduate can apply.
- Candidates with good Computer skills, preferably AI skills.
- Good organisational skills.
