Dil Se Friendship

Published on August 30, 2024

On 2nd August India Autism Centre organised an event 'Dil Se Friendship' to celebrate the upcoming friendship day and encourage everyone to build new bonds of friendship. Students from 3 schools, Riddhi, Pradip, and Shibmandir came together at Rotary Sadan and spent the day. The event started with Keertiman Dasgupta performing ambient music and setting the tone for the entire event. Student participants from the 3 schools put up endearing cultural programs leaving the crowd enamored. A question-answer session was held where everyone from the students to the parents and teachers discussed what the word friend means to them. The children especially enjoyed the friendship band exchange where they went around the hall tying friendship bands to whomever they wanted. Famous Tollywood actress Debalina Dutta came to the event as chief guest and spent time exchanging friendship bands with the children. Overall it was a fun-filled day with smiles and laughter as everyone came together and celebrated friendship. Media Coverage of the event:
