Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a critical role in building high-quality teams across the organisation by driving structured, efficient, and insight-led hiring processes. This role is being created to strengthen hiring quality, improve speed-to-hire, and enable scalable talent practices as the organisation grows.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Build and manage talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, and external vendors
- Partner with hiring managers to define sourcing strategies for priority roles
- Drive and operationalise employee referral programs
- Maintain and nurture a database of active and passive candidates
Screening & Assessment
- Conduct structured screening calls to evaluate candidate fit
- Assess candidates on problem-solving, judgment, and execution ability
- Manage assignment-based evaluations where applicable
- Ensure consistent application of screening standards across roles
Interview Process Management
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with speed and accuracy
- Drive interview velocity through batching and calendar planning
- Ensure adherence to structured interview frameworks and evaluation criteria
- Support interviewers with process clarity and coordination
Stakeholder & Candidate Experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience
- Provide structured feedback to candidates where appropriate
- Enable hiring manager participation in sourcing and evaluation efforts
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Support hiring decisions and ensure a quick turnaround to offer rollout
- Coordinate offer communication and candidate closure
- Manage pre-boarding communication with selected candidates
- Support onboarding processes and early-stage candidate integration
Systems & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to hiring processes
- Support the implementation of structured hiring practices across teams
Key Outcomes
- Reduced time-to-fill across roles while maintaining quality standards
- High offer-to-join ratio and improved candidate conversion rates
- Strong hiring manager satisfaction with the process and candidate quality
- Consistent adherence to structured hiring and evaluation practices

Must-Have Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes using structured approaches
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in high-growth or mission-driven organisations
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Exposure to structured interviewing and assessment frameworks
- Experience driving referral programs or employer branding initiatives
