Roles are based at the Kolkata office or the Shirakol campus, as stated in each listing. Most full-time roles are on-site.
Open roles span clinical, education, research, strategy, legal, finance and procurement, communications and talent.

No. IAC never charges candidates for applying, interviewing, or joining. Report anyone asking for money in IAC’s name to careers@indiaautismcenter.org.
First rounds may be online, and final rounds are usually in person at the Kolkata office or the Shirakol campus, depending on the role. Adjustments are available on request.
Yes. Internships run for about 3 to 6 months, in areas such as clinical practice, research, PR and outreach, and architecture. Each listing states its duration and stipend, and the architecture internship is paid.
High-performing interns may be considered for full-time openings.
Yes, for select roles. Part-time, consultant, and contract roles are listed on the Careers page and often follow flexible, deliverable-based schedules.
Yes. IAC actively builds an environment where neurodivergent team members are welcomed, respected, and supported.

Yes. IAC’s training academy, Manan, runs a 600-hour certificate course for 10th pass candidates with at least 50% marks. Graduates may be considered for roles at IAC based on performance and availability.
