We brought together voices, experiences, and action through Sports for All—an initiative we organised to push for a more inclusive and equitable sporting ecosystem.
In collaboration with Special Olympics Bharat, The Quantum Hub (TQH), and the Accessibility Coalition, we created a space where athletes, advocates, and changemakers could come together to celebrate achievement and drive meaningful conversations around inclusion.
At the heart of the event was a special felicitation of athletes from Yadhavi Sports Academy, who achieved an extraordinary milestone—swimming over 60 km from Dhanushkodi, Tamil Nadu, to Thalaimannar, Sri Lanka, setting a world record. Their journey was a powerful reminder of what determination and the right support systems can make possible.
We were honoured to have Mallika Nadda as our Chief Guest and Geeta Mandaviya as Guest of Honour, whose presence strengthened the importance of inclusive sports at a national level.
The event brought together a diverse audience—athletes, families, professionals, and supporters—at India International Centre. Through a powerful lightning talk led by Sakhi Singhi along with Sathish Sivakumar, Gokulakrishnan Chandran, Selvan Kandaswamy, and Garikapati Ashlesha, we heard real stories, challenges, and perspectives from the ground
We then moved into an engaging panel discussion on Building an Inclusive Sports Ecosystem, featuring Damini Ghosh, Aditya KV, Sonali Philip, and Suvarna Raj, moderated by Nipun Malhotra. Together, they highlighted what truly needs to change—greater accessibility, better representation, and stronger systemic support.
We organised Sports for All because inclusion in sports goes beyond participation—it’s about creating equal opportunities, building confidence, and ensuring every individual feels seen and valued.
What did this event make possible?
It sparked conversations that matter. It celebrated real achievement. And most importantly, it moved us one step closer to a future where sports are truly for everyone.
