My current research focuses on autism phenotyping, with an effort to advance understanding of autism and inform the development of individualised interventions in the Indian context. I joined the IAC as a junior researcher at the early stages of this initiative, when this line of inquiry was just beginning to take shape. What has sustained my commitment to this work is the intellectual challenge posed by the complexity of autism as a condition, and deep respect for neurodivergent perspectives.

Our hiring process typically includes a resume screening, one or two interviews, and a role-specific task or trial assignment to help us get to know you better and for you to get a sense of the role.

Due to the hands-on nature of many of our services, full-time roles are mostly on-site. However, part-time roles, consultants, and contractors often have flexible, deliverable-based work schedules.
